Terms of serivce

1. General Terms

a) I accept commissions via Instagram messages through @velmori.i account only.
b) I accept payment right after approval of the sketch, not any other way around.
c) I accept payment via Paypal and Blik (alternatively paysafecard, it depends).

2. Prices

a) Refunds wont be made for completed commissions. However, if the work is still in progress, I will refund the payment back.
c) Prices showed in Prices section are only suggestions. Final price will be discussed through the process.
d) Tips are always appreciated and welcome!
e) I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time, providing a refund if the work has already been paid for.

3. Commissions / Sharing

a) My 'working' hours are restricted to the evening and late-night hours. Don't be upset that I may not respond back during the day.
b) I reserve the right to post your commission on my pages, unless you request otherwise.
c) When you order a commission, you are paying for my artwork itself, not the credits or rights to it.
e) You are not permitted to alter, modify, or sell my artwork.
f) Please refrain from sending me constant messages regarding updates. This is making my work less pleasurable by interrupting it. I'll keep you updated on the progress myself. I will ignore any spam messages.
g) You may request frequent in-process pictures about stages of artwork from me.
h) It takes me about 7 days or more to finish your commission. I will let you know if there is a delay. Please try to not message me at the weekends.

a) Headshot: 20€ / 60pln
b) Halfbody: 25€ / 85pln
c) Fullbody: 30€ / 120pln

2. Other animals _{(If seperately, if on one picture - they are free additionals)}

c) Fullbody: 30€ / 120pln

3. Humans

a) Headshot: 20€ / 60pln
b) Halfbody: 25€ / 85pln
c) Fullbody: 30€ / 120pln

70% of price for additional character|
(50% if second character is in fullbody size)

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Monthly subscriptions require subscribers (clients) to make monthly payments for any kind of artwork. Payment includes having your commission beyond the usual queue. A 15% discount is always included, though the payment is not constant and varies depending on the kind of order.This is not all the time offer, I can only accept up to two monthly subscriptions.
